# Hüseyin Karaca

> Hüseyin Karaca is an M.S. student in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Bilkent University (Ankara, Türkiye), advised by Prof. Suleyman Serdar Kozat. His research is at the intersection of machine learning and signal processing: ensemble and feature-selection methods for sequential data, routing among pretrained speech recognizers, and learning theory for domain adaptation. He has been selected for a Fulbright Foreign Student Program award for Ph.D. study in the United States and is seeking Ph.D. positions starting in Fall 2027.
